Invitation card must be picked up in the registration desk in the Kyoto International Conference Center
Cancellation Policy:
-Cancellation must be notified in writing by e-mail, post-mail or fax.
-Cancellation until February 26th, 2013: Refund minus 10,000JPY (for administration fee)
-Cancellation received between February 16th and March 1st: 50% refund
-Cancellation after March 2nd: no refund
